Jamie Laughlin is an experienced healthcare operations leader specialising in large-scale pathology transformation, service consolidation, laboratory automation and strategic procurement across NHS organisations. He currently serves as Director of Operations at South West London Pathology, with responsibility for multi-site pathology services and the management of complex commercial and operational programmes. His professional interests include procurement law, contract and commercial management, laboratory automation, and the application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve service quality, efficiency and value. He has extensive experience leading major procurement exercises, operational redesign programmes, automation initiatives and business development activities, with a strong emphasis on governance, innovation and continuous improvement.
